september

This month  I took part in 2 sketchcrawls.
The biggest was in "Den Bosch"
With 70 sketchers a great happening !
It was very well organized by urbansketchers-netherlands !! (and we all got a nice goodie-bag).
I made several drawings, and I want to share this one of a part  the Sint Jan church.

This building has a lot of details,  and with a lot I really mean a whole lot !
So the trick was to simplify as much as possible but to keep  it recognizable as the "Sint Jan ".

The second crawl I took part in was organised by the Urban Sketchers Rotterdam.
The meeting point was a part of an old train placed just between the buildings.
In it is a , however vegan,   very nice bistro.http://www.restaurantgaredunord.nl/

Of course  I did some drawing in one of my favourite  reserves, the "Waalbos "

The last drawing was made during the first autumn-storm of this year.
It isn't easy to catch the wind in a drawing, but I had fun drawing it !
